Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Dislab Supply & Services (M) Sdn Bhd operates the online websites (“www.joykidz.com.my”), hereinafter refer as “Joykidz”.
  2. For damaged items (during transit) or faulty or manufacturing defect items:
    • In the event where goods/products were damaged during transit (“damaged items”), the damaged items can be returned by the customer to Joykidz in their original packaging. It is advisable that customer to email (joykidz.customer@dislab.com.my) the necessary proof of damaged items, like photos.
    • In the event for any manufacturing fault or defect due to manufacturer/supplier (“faulty items”), the faulty items can be returned by the customer to Joykidz in their original packaging. It is advisable that customer to email (joykidz.customer@dislab.com.my) the necessary proof of faulty items, like photos.
    • Customers must return damaged and/or faulty items in their original packaging within 14 (“fourteen”) days of the original receipt of the goods/products. In each of these cases, Joykidz will provide the customer with a replacement item as soon as practicable and subject to availability, and will refund shipping costs to the customer. However, if an item is out of stock or is no longer available from our manufacturers/suppliers, Joykidz will refund the customer for the purchased price of the damaged and/or faulty items, including shipping costs, or provide the customer with a credit towards future purchases for the purchased price of the damaged goods and/or faulty goods, including shipping costs.
  3. For return due to change of mind and not due to damaged or manufacturing defects:
    • In the event where goods/products are not damaged or having any manufacturing defect, the customer may return the goods/products in their original packaging (including original labels and tags) within 7 (“seven”) days of the original receipt of the goods/products. Shipping fees and costs for returning the goods/products are to be borne solely by the customer. 
    • For returns that are not damaged or manufacturing defects, there will be a 5% payment gateway service cost on total order value and RM3.00 fulfilment fee per item.
    • Joykidz will refund the customer for the purchased value of the goods/products with a credit towards future purchases, after deducted the shipping costs, 5% payment gateway service cost (of total order value) and RM3 fulfillment fee per item.
